Ashley Cox embodies one of 心跳直播’s biggest values—always striving to find a better way. As one of the first employees at 心跳直播, she has grown with the company, giving her firsthand insight into the company’s operations and culture.

Driven by the belief that operations is largely a process of active listening paired with a solution-oriented approach, she is responsible for creating and implementing organizational strategy, managing the company budget, curating company culture, and overseeing global human resources and client support. Ashley’s unique vision has assisted in shaping 心跳直播’s progressive and vibrant culture. She constantly balances the employee experience with the client experience to enhance the services 心跳直播 provides and the environment in which employees grow.

Before 心跳直播

Before joining the 心跳直播 team, she was responsible for the creation and implementation of digital advertising for one of North America’s largest advertising agencies.
